Deputy HOD: SCM	Honours degree in Supply Chain Management / Material Management / Business Administration / Transport and Logistics or related field. 10 years’ experience in a Supply Chain management environment of which 3 years’ should have been on a Management level. Mining industry experience will be an added advantage. Sound knowledge in Supply Chain Integration Management. Sound knowledge and proven competency in the application of all relevant regulations and law. SAP MM ERP software knowledge Knowledge of MS Office programmes: Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT. HOD: Mining Maintenance	B Sc Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar qualification. Post Graduate Qualification in Engineering or management or relevant field will be an added advantage. Must be Eligible for registration as a legal appointee. 12 years’ working experience in a mining maintenance environment of which 5 years’ should have been on a Senior Management level. Project management experience. Sound Maintenance planning and production experience. Sound experience in the application of RCM/RCS/FMEA analysis especially availability/reliability modelling. Sound experience in Reliability Centered maintenance (RCM) philosophies and techniques. Broad knowledge across a variety of engineering disciplines. Familiar with using mathematical modelling of system in order to attempt predictions about system failure. Sound knowledge and understanding of mining maintenance equipment, operations and related machinery inclusive plant equipment. Understanding of human contribution to reliability. Project management Knowledge of utilizing various / other key reliability engineering techniques, e.g. RCFA, etc. SAP PM knowledge. Equipment long term and LCC based budgeting experience. Officer: Waste Management	Grade 12 or current NSSCO with 20 points over 5 subjects. B- Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management or related field. 3 Years’ experience in Waste Management practices. Sound knowledge in compliance with local legislation in terms of transportation, handling and disposal of waste. Experience in Waste Management or similar. Compliance with the legislation and EMP requirements. Knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, Project. Provide basic training – communication, awareness campaigns. Dangerous goods knowledge. SAP MM software knowledge Experience in contract management. Code B or BE Driver’s License.	05 July 2024
