Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gained either in-house or in a search environment, using direct sourcing methodologies from research to talent mapping
• High level of computer literacy required, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

06. Position:- Tax Compliance Finance Director

Location : Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements

• CPA
• At least 12-15 years of experience in tax compliance with the most recent in a similar leadership role
• Good working knowledge of international tax principles, preferably in the context of large multi nationals
• Good understanding of the flow of transactions from finance and accounting operations to the Tax Reports and the interdependencies of Tax challenges with functional areas such as billing, AP and intercompany
• Experience in dealing with tax audits and enquiries with good understanding of repercussions on non-compliance/delays. Ability to manage tax audit scope with 3rd party tax advisor and/or legal advisor if needed
• Strong team leader with the ability to coach and develop people
• Experience in managing teams that engage with country functional resources (part-time and full-time)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to communicate across all levels within the organization and if needed externally
