Background of Town Planning legal aspects (Acts/Legislations/policies/bylaws). Experience in land development applications (Rezoning, Subdivision, Township Establishment and etc.), and packaged solutions for integrated precinct planning and development. Valid driver’s license. Willing to travel extensively.
