- B-Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management will be an added advantage
- IT literate ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms project)
- English fluency
- Prior experience in a supervisory position
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- At least 5 years’ experience in construction site management experience is preferable
- Experience in working and consulting with communities

- Experience Building and Construction — Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of industrial buildings, Ability to read and understand schematics, drawings, and specifications

03. Position:- Paint Operator – Semi-skilled (Motors)
Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements
- Grade 12 or N3 Certificate
- Relevant experience within a manufacturing and/or similar environment
- Previous experience mixing and preparing the paint for application
- Good knowledge of painting, resin, hot product handling and lifting hazards
- Able to operate, start and stop the drying / curing ovens
- Read and interpret technical documents (work instructions, safety instructions, etc.)
- Able to operate hand power tools, slings, drilling machines, grinders and other hand tools related to the job requirement
- Have appropriate knowledge of water base paint and solvents base paint
- Appropriate knowledge on paint equipment settings and controls
- Understanding of paint defects and rectifications thereof
- Understand cleaning, masking and preparing paint surfaces
- Able to use the crane for assembly operations and move the product with pallet trucks
04. Position:- T&C (Testing & Commissioning) Engineering Manager
Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements
- BSc/B-Eng/B-Tech (Electrical/Electronic Engineering)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways or factory automation

- Be familiar with high risk activities in association with Electrical work and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) requirements
- Have a good technical level in electrical, electronic, mechanical and networks domains
- Familiar with Lean approach for Industrialization
- Strong leadership; result-driven mindset
- Ability to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial function
- Ability for negotiation, problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environment
