Requirements
NQF Level 7 qualification in eMarketing, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business
Management or related fields
• Computer literacy – Advanced MS Package Suite
• Driver’s License
• At least 7-8 years’ experience in a similar environment with at least 5 years’ experience in a
managerial role
• At least 5 years plus proven experience in writing, editing, brand management, projects and campaigns and social media space.
02. Position:- Senior Manager: Loan Book
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements
NQF Level 8 qualification in Finance/Commerce/Accounting
• Professional registration as a CA(SA) or CIMA
• At least 8 years’ experience within creditors/loans portfolio environment
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior Management role
• Extensive knowledge and experience in huge data analysis and management
• Thorough knowledge of the NCA and NCR requirements, PFMA, POPI Act and Prescription Act.
• Knowledge and exposure to technical accounting and financial instruments, (i.e. GRAP 104) and
03. Position:- Chief Internal Auditor
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements
NQF 8 Audit Qualification and a recognised audit-related professional qualification (i.e., CIA, or
CA(SA))
• Computer literacy – Intermediate MS Package Suite
• Knowledge of PFMA and Public Entity standards
Knowledge of the Higher Education sector, the NSFAS Act, NCA and the PFMA.
• Middle management experience with multiple teams
04. Position:- Chief Financial Officer
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements
NQF Level 9 or equivalent qualification in Finance/Commerce/Accounting
• Professional registration as a CA(SA) or CIMA
• 15 years’ experience in a similar position with 10 years’ senior management experience of which
5 years is at an Executive level.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar environment (including audit).
• Knowledge of the PFMA and National Treasury Regulations and Government Prescripts and
King IV.
05. Position:- Employee Relations Specialist
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements
• NQF Level 7 in Labour Law / Labour Relations / Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in an employee relations role or similar
• Atleast 1 year experience in dealing with employment equity administration.
• Proven experience in managing relationships between organized labour and management.
• CCMA representation experience
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations.
