02. Position:- Administrator: Internal Communications and Public Relations (B5)

Requirements
NQF Level 6 qualification in Public Relations/Communications/Marketing/Journalism, or
related field
• 1-year relevant experience in Media relations/Communications/Publications
• Experience in a SETA environment

03. Position:- Executive Manager: Strategy, Research & Reporting (E1)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Management / Leadership / Social Sciences / Economic Sciences / Research / Monitoring & Evaluation or an equivalent
relevant NQF Level 8 qualification.
• NQF Level 9 qualification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of Senior Management experience in strategic planning, research, performance monitoring & evaluation, and performance reporting, preferably
within the public sector. Proven track record of leadership and successful project implementation is essential.
• Direct experience and exposure in the SETA landscape is recommended, and/or familiarity with its regulatory framework, operational processes, and sector-specific
challenges.
• Proven track record in developing an ecosystem of knowledge networks, including partnerships with academic institutions, industry experts, and other stakeholders,
that enhance the organization’s capabilities in strategy, research, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of public policy and governance frameworks and processes with a proven track record in applying analysis to optimise business performance.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards governing public entities.
• Ability to conceptualise and scope innovation programs as an outcome of research recommendations.
04. Position:- Company Secretary (D5)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements
• A minimum of an LLB or related qualification.
• Certified Chartered Secretary (CIS) qualification, and/or Chartered Governance Professional (CGP) as recognized by the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern
Africa (CGISA), and/or an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Minimum eight (8) years experience in a Managerial role in a Company Secretarial environment with direct involvement and interaction at board level.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements affecting public entities and SETA’s in particular, corporate governance instruments and guidelines (e.g.,
KING Reports, PFMA, Public Audit Act, and Ethics Institute of South Africa – Ethics SA – Publications).
• Extensive knowledge and experience with legislation such as the Skills Development Act (SDA), Skills Development Levies Act (SDLA), and Companies Act;
amongst others.
