Requirements
Bachelor of Pharmacy and a relevant Master’s degree in pharmaceutical chemistry.
Registration
Registration as a pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
Experience
Two years’ experience lecturing undergraduate pharmacy students in pharmaceutical chemistry
Added advantages
Has the potential to contribute to the creation of knowledge by virtue of publications and the successfulinitiation and supervision of research projects, including Master’s studies
02. Position:- Senior Lecturer Lecturer in Emergency Medical Care Health Sciences
Location : Gqeberha, Eastern Cape
Application Deadline : 03 May 2024
Requirements
Lecturer Level: Bachelor’s degree in emergency medical care.
Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer Level: Relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field.
Registration
Mandatory: Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).
Desirable: Registration as an Assessor and/or Moderator will be viewed favorably.
Experience
Lecturer: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the EMS field. At least 2 years of experience in teaching, training, education, and/or lecturing in EMC.
Senior Lecturer: A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, training, education, and/or lecturing in EMC. At least 2 years of experience in conducting, supervising, and assessing research.
Physical Fitness
Candidates must possess the physical fitness necessary to practice in the field of emergency medical & rescue.
Added Advantages
Experience in the Provincial EMS systems as an ECP.
