Assistant to CEO	Proven experience as an Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting top-level executives Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic
Contracts Manager (Civil)	+8 Years experience within construction focusing on earthworks, civil works, mining and concrete projects National Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher Must currently residing in Namibia Kindly note this is a 6 month contract with possibility of extension
Junior Solar Design Engineer	+2 years experience in solar PV systems Sc. / B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from a reputable Namibian University Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SolidWorks Familiar with PVsyst or Helioscope Applicants must currently be based in Namibia
Project Manager (Civil and Mining)	+10 years’ experience in open cast mining and civil construction such as load and haul, drilling, blasting, infrastructure development etc. Diploma in Civil or Mining Engineering from a reputable Namibian Education Institution Proficient in project management software such as MS Projects Experienced in contract negotiation, conflict resolution and project planning Applicants must currently be residing in Namibia
Accountant	Qualification in an Accounting discipline 5 years of experience in a similar role with relevant industry experience Proven experience in Financial Accounting in Namibia
Senior Project Engineer (water treatment)	+10 years’ experience in water treatment projects BSc. / B.Eng. in Civil or Process Engineering Must be Professionally registered with the Engineering Council of Namibia Applicants must currently be residing within Namibia
Chief Engineer Officer (Maritime)	+8 years’ experience on board a mining vessel +5 years’ experience at a second Engineers level National Diploma (NQF 6) in Maritime from a reputable Namibian Institute Class 1 Certificate of Competency Prior experience in marine mining is highly advantageous Permanent role Applicants must currently be residing in Namibia
