• External: 3 Year tertiary financial qualification
• Internal: studying towards a 3 years professional tertiary financial qualification with first year successfully completed
02. Position:- Talent Practitioner
Location: Houghton, Johannesburg
Requirements
- 3 years’ working experience within a senior psychometrist role, providing feedback at all levels; of which, 1 year implementing projects.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management processes and practices.
- BA/ B Com degree: Human Resources/Industrial Psychology
- Post graduate qualification (Hons or Masters) in Industrial Psychology
- HPCSA Registered Psychometrist / Industrial Psychologist

03. Position:- Junior Delivery Manager
Location: Houghton, Johannesburg
Requirements
- 3 years delivery administration experience of which:
- 1 year managing the delivery of small to medium initiatives advantageous
- Applicable higher certificate (NQF 5)
- Relevant diploma advantageous
- Foundational certificate in project management or administration is advantageous
04. Position:- Delivery Manager
Location: Houghton, Johannesburg
Requirements
- Relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma
- Relevant Project Management Certification advantageous
- CAPM Prince 2 or equivalent Certification advantageous
05. Position:- Head: People Operations
Location: Houghton, Johannesburg
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years of HR generalist experience within a financial services environment or HR environment
- This includes three (3) years of management experience.
Minimum Requirements: Education
- B Com / BA Degree: Industrial Psychology or Human Resources.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources/or equivalent would be an added advantage.\
