Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in various areas such as, but not limited to:
  Finance
  People (Psychology or HR Related degrees)
  Marketing
  Technology
  Engineering
  Supply Chain Management
  Logistics
  No more than 2 years TOTAL of full-time formal working experience by the program start date. (Internship, vacation work, short duration contracts and does not apply)
  By program start completed bachelors’ degree (from a recognized tertiary institution) achieved within requisite timeframe
  Legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country
  Geographical mobility within South Africa
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems

Requirements

• Maintain clear and effective communication with Logistics Coordinator / team members
  All documentation accurately and comprehensively completed
  Ensure production continuity (where applicable)
  Load empties and raw materials onto production lines whilst ensuring optimal productivity
  Remove and stack finished product from line to bin whilst ensuring optimal line productivity
  Conversant with relevant business information, policies, processes and procedures

07. Position:- Brewing Area Manager

Location : Polokwane, Limpopo

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  Completed brewing traineeship
  IBD Papers 1, 2 & 3 completed and passed
  At least 2-years production experience, of which 1 year operating at a management level within Brewing
  Demonstrated experience in driving commercial decisions in a brewery (financial, operational, people) and brewing technical expertise
  A good performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion at maintaining quality
  Studying towards MB Qualification would be advantageous, but not essential.

08. Position:- Internal Control Data Specialist

Location : Sandton, : Gauteng

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or similar are beneficial.
  Previous experience in internal controls, auditing, risk management, or compliance (typically 3+ years) is preferred.
  Data Analytics (non-negotiable)
  Previous experience in Sarbanes Oxley (SOx).
  Proficient in using software and tools (SAP, PowerBi, SQL) for data analysis and documentation.
  Exposure to Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector preferred in the areas of manufacturing, distribution and finance would be advantageous.
