• 10 years’ experience of which 5 years inn middle management;
• 7 – 8 years managerial experience in the compilation analysis and interpretation of financial
management reports and balance sheets analysis;
• 5 years’ experience in Public Sector Finance (MMFA or PMFA);
• Preference will be given to experience in financial management within the Local
Government sphere and public sector sphere;
• Experience in budgeting, income and expenditure;
• Management and assets management;
• Experience in the MS Office application and access database;
• Project Management, risk management and Auditing will be an added advantage.

02. Position:- Unit Head: Impact Management & Compliance Monitoring
Location: Braamfontein, Gauteng
Salary: R71 274,46 – R89 087,16 – R111 360,52 pm

Requirements
• Grade 12 plus Undergraduate qualification in one of the following: Environmental
Management, Environmental Sciences, Conservation Management or Environmental Law
at NQF level 7;
• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within the public sector;
• Must also have at least 5 years’ senior management experience.

03. Position:- Assistant Director: Presenting
Location: Braamfontein, Gauteng
Salary: R49 989,72 pm (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations Management or Human Resources Management
(NQF level 7);
• At least 6 – 8 years‘ experience in Management in the Labour Relations field;
• Proven track record in Labour Relations management and litigation;

• Valid driver’s licence.

04. Position:- Assistant Director: Monitoring & Reporting

Requirements
Grade 12 plus a 4-year BA Degree in Social Work;
• 3 years’ experience in integrated Social Work Practice;
• Must be registered with SACSSP (South African Council for Social Services Professions);

• Knowledge in Social Work field, development trends, legislation that guides all areas of
