Reservationist	Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality, Sales, or Hospitality Management 3-5 years relevant experience in front office, reservations preferably in the hospitality industry Proficient in MS Office, PMS, Profitroom and OPERA are essential. Valid code B driver’s license	19 April 2024
Executive Housekeeper	Bachelor’s degree in hospitality & Tourism or Hotel Management or Business Administration 6 years’ experience in housekeeping management or Supervisory position. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry standards. Knowledge of budgets, ordering, profit & loss, cost of sales, meeting suppliers and coordinating stock deals with procurement. Computer literate (MS Office/Office/Excel/PowerPoint) Experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel/Luxury Lodge operations with 100 rooms or more. Micros/Opera added advantage. Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System)	19 April 2024
Barman	Grade 12 with English and Mathematics At least 1 year’s work experience as a barman/bartender Beverage/Wine knowledge Knowledge of mixology, reproducing or creating cocktails taking into account the seasons, events, tastes and trends Knowledge of beverage service styles and techniques, beverage preparation and specialized beverage orders of service is required. Knowledge of MICROS will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Cost of Sales and Stocktaking. Knowledge of silverware advantageous.	18 April 2024
Procurement Assistant	Grade 12 2-3 years of experience in procurement environment . A certificate / Diploma in Procurement is an added advantage.	18 April 2024
Occupational Health Nurse	Bachelor’s degree in nursing (General Psychiatry and Community Health) and Midwifery Science. Registration with the Health Professions Council (Nursing Council of Namibia). At least five (5) years relevant nursing experience, with at least three (3) years in the Occupational Health Nursing environment and 2 years’ experience of supervisory responsibilities. Certificate in Pharmacotherapy and Dispensing License is essential.	18 April 2024
Quality Controll Officer	Level 1 Certificate in SAIW or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.	Until Fill
Senior Quality Control Officer	Qualified Artisan or N3 (trade certificate) Level 1 Certificate in SAIW or equivalent. 5-7 years related industry experience (engineering and manufacturing)
Superintendent:Offshore	Grade 12, National Trade Certificate. Minimum 1 year experience in estimations. Minimum 3 years’ on the job experience in marine and/or Offshore. Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory capacity.
Quality Control Technician	Minimum Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years relevant experience (engineering & manufacturing) Familiarity with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and techniques is highly desirable.
Executive Assistant	National Diploma in Office Administration/Secretarial or related field. Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to a Director. Valid Driver’s License. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Proficient in English and Afrikaans. Proficiency in German is advantageous.
Digital Marketing Executive	Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Valid code 08 driver’s license. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms. Certifications in Google and Meta are preferred. Experience working with social media tools (i.e. Sprout Social) will be beneficial. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Manager: Technical	4 Years Technical Engineering Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a N6/T3/S4 qualification in an Industrial Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical field. 5-7 years’ experience in a manufacturing plant / FMCG production plant with 2 years in a supervision position. Experience in cold chain environment specifically in the meat industry will be an added advantage.
