All the candidates who are eligible for the post of Duty Station: Rundu Vocational Training Centre, Duty Station: Valombola Vocational Training Centre, Duty Station: Gobabis Vocational Training Centre, Senior Officer: Stock Control and Property Management, Human Resources Officer, Chief Operations Officer are required to fill out the NTA application forms using the official website portal of Namibia Training Authority at www.nta.com.na.

Duty Station: Rundu Vocational Training Centre (RVTC)	A National Diploma in Welding and Metal Fabrication (NQF Level 5) Completed relevant apprenticeship plus National Vocational Instructor Certificate or equivalent qualification from recognised institution (NQF Level 5). Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in the trade with at least one (1) year teaching experience will be an advantage	19 April 2024
Duty Station: Valombola Vocational Training Centre (VVTC)	A National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Industry (NQF Level 5) Completed relevant apprenticeship plus National Vocational Instructor Certificate or equivalent qualification from recognised institution (NQF Level 5). Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in the trade with at least one (1) year teaching experience will be an advantage	19 April 2024
Duty Station: Gobabis Vocational Training Centre (GVTC)	A National Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics (NQF Level 5) Completed relevant apprenticeship plus National Vocational Instructor Certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 5) Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in the trade with at least one (1) year of teaching experience will be an advantage	19 April 2024
Senior Officer: Stock Control and Property Management	A National Diploma in Records and Archives management or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 6). Three (3) years of relevant experience (administrative, records management and/or archiving environment)	19 April 2024
Human Resources Officer (Grade C3)	A National Diploma Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 6) Three (3) years’ relevant experience in a HR environment	19 April 2024
Chief Operations Officer (Grade E5) (Re-advertisement)	Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Operations Management/ Education and Training or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution (NQF Level 9) Ten (10) years relevant experience of which five (5) years on senior/executive management level in a medium-size/large organization in the public or private sector (National, regional and international exposure to the TVET industry is an advantage)	18 April 2024
