  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting position.

  • Fluent in English and a local language (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in mentoring and training.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

02. Position:- Team Leader

Location : Western Cape

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate or post matric qualification – preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in leading direct implementation teams in a target driven programme (specific experience required in implementation planning, logistical support functions, monitoring, and evaluation)
  • Experience working in a Gender Based Violence Programmes or related field.
  • Knowledge about: HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health; HIV Testing Services; GBV programming; evidence-informed and rights-based programming for survivors of GBV, particularly for adolescent girls and young women.
  • Group-based facilitation experience.
  • Related work experience in the health and social development sectors, and preferably in the field of AGYW and/or survivors of sexual violence – preferred
  • A good working knowledge of HIV prevention, sexual reproductive health, Gender-Based Violence and related programme topics.
  • Demonstrated experience networking with and navigating programme deliverables within communities and building good working relationships.
  • Excellent communications skills in English and any other South African Language.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, person centered; possess leadership skills and qualities and be proactive.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience of web-based data systems
  • Driver’s license non-negotiable.

03. Position:- Clinical Manager

Location : Western Cape

Requirements

  • Post Graduate Degree or Qualification in Primary Health Care/Public Health or related discipline.
  • HIV/TB/STI/SRH and NIMART Certification. Clinical Forensic Medicine Diploma advantageous.
  • Registered Professional Nurse with the South-African Nursing Council (SANC) or Clinical Associate registered with HPCSA.
  • A minimum of 7 year’s related work experience in managing various clinical health care programmes specifically in implementation planning, logistical support functions, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Good Project Management, Time Management and Prioritisation Skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge about: HIV, Sexual and Reproductive Health; Gender Based Violence, HIV Testing Services; evidence-informed and rights-based programming; the relevant national policies and guidelines pertaining to AGYW and GBV services.
  • Relevant working experience in specific programmatic areas (Gender-based Violence, Adult and Youth Programmes, Persons who use Drugs, etc.)
  • Experience working in the NGO sector and exposure and understanding of donor processes/requirements.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Excel, Outlook and Team)
  • Able to analyse and interpret reports.

04. Position:- Clinical Mentor/ Clinical Associate

Location : Western Cape

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in Public Health, HIV Management, SRH or Mental Health is a must.
  • Experience working in Primary or Community Healthcare facilities.
  • Experience in NIMART, PHC or Mental Health will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Clinical Forensic Medicine will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in HIV Management.
  • Sound technical knowledge of HIV prevention strategies and sexual and reproductive health.
  • Experience implementing retention interventions, and linkage to care interventions an advantage.
  • Experience working in a donor-funded organisation/NGO or project-based environment.
  • Qualification or experience in training, mentoring, project management and quality improvement methodologies an advantage.
  • Knowledge of clinical systems and data management.
  • Good computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Read, write, and speak in two official South African languages, of which one must be English.
  • Travel will be required within and outside of the district.
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding and pressurized environment, flexibility, management, training, and leadership experience.

05. Position:- Community Facilitator

Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements

  • Matric or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
  • Previous experience working within a Gender Based Violence Programmes – preferred.
  • Group-based facilitation experience – preferred
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English and one other South African Language (spoken in allocated district-JHB Alexandra)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Good Group Facilitation Skills

06. Position:- Programme Manager

Location : Century City, Cape Town

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Social Science/Public Health or related discipline. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 7 year’s related work experience in leading direct implementation teams and or implementing partners in a target driven healthcare programme (specific experience required in implementation planning, technical guidance, logistical support functions, monitoring, and evaluation)
  • Excellent communications skills in English, including the ability to guide implementers and service providers on the programme.
  • Must be analytically minded and have excellent writing skills, including the ability to compile insightful and user-friendly reports.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with experience of web-based data systems and ability to create graphs, flow diagrams and GANTT charts.
  • Must be highly organised, deadline driven and efficient with planning skills and a proactive and positive approach.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, and to coordinate multiple inputs to tight deadlines, with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the NGO sector and knowledge of big donor processes/requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally frequently.

07. Position:- Evaluation Specialist

Location : Century City, Cape Town

Requirements

  • Post Graduate degree or equivalent in the Public Health or Social Sciences sector (Monitoring and Evaluation qualification preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ evaluation and research experience in public health or related field, preferably in HIV and AIDS.
  • Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative evaluation skills, including sample design, mixed method designs, and instrument development.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies, implementation research approaches, data quality improvement, health management information systems, data visualization and reporting.
  • M&E experience in infection prevention and control, HIV/AIDS, TB, health systems strengthening, disease surveillance.
  • Familiarity with South Africa’s health management information system and other national M&E systems
  • Experience with bilateral and multilateral donor M&E requirements including experience in maintaining donor relationships and communicating with donors.

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or related field although experience and prior learning will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ prior demonstrated HR experience.
  • 2 years of experience in labor relations and compliance.
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits program.
  • Sage 300 Payroll system experience.
  • Change management experience advantages.
  • Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS (SAGE 300) systems.
