Requirements
- Bachelors degree in law (LLB) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role
- Advanced training on a legal /social /behavioural or health-related course is advantageous
- Good knowledge of human rights law/legal
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in community-based planning
- Understanding in conducting legal research and identifying Human Rights and Advocacy issues
- Experience with key populations, HIV/AIDS and monitoring and evaluation in the NGO sector preferred
02. Position:- Programme Specialist
Location : Century City, Cape Town
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Rights, Law or Justice- related field, LLB advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years specific human rights, law and policy review/development related work experience in the health and social development sector.
- Must be a human rights advocate with excellent advocacy skills and experience.
- Experience in programme planning, implementation, management and M&E, including management of outsourced partners and budgets, including the ability to guide implementers and service providers on the programme.
03. Position:- Evaluation Specialist
Location : Century City, Cape Town
Requirements
- Post Graduate degree or equivalent in the Public Health or Social Sciences sector (Monitoring and Evaluation qualification preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ evaluation and research experience in public health or related field, preferably in HIV and AIDS.
- Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative evaluation skills, including sample design, mixed method designs, and instrument development.
- Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies, implementation research approaches, data quality improvement, health management information systems, data visualization and reporting.
- M&E experience in infection prevention and control, HIV/AIDS, TB, health systems strengthening, disease surveillance.
- Familiarity with South Africa’s health management information system and other national M&E systems
- Experience with bilateral and multilateral donor M&E requirements including experience in maintaining donor relationships and communicating with donors.
04. Position:- HR Generalist
Location : Century City, Cape Town
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or related field although experience and prior learning will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years’ prior demonstrated HR experience.
- 2 years of experience in labor relations and compliance.
- Experience managing compensation and benefits program.
- Sage 300 Payroll system experience.
- Change management experience advantages.
- Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS (SAGE 300) systems.
- NGO working experience will be advantageous.
- Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle advantageous
05. Position:-Supply Chain Management: Administrator
Location : Cape Town, Western Cape
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Degree/diploma in SCM / Procurement / Finance. (Preferred)
- Experience in travel administration (Advantageous)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a demonstrated ability to undertake procurement processes (preferably in an FMCG/Pharmaceutical environment)
- Advanced Computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Read, write, and speak in two official South African languages, of which one must be English
- Driver’s license, reliable vehicle and willing to travel
- Ability to work methodically and systematically
- Good time management skills and ability to stick to strict deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and inter-personal skills on all levels
- Minute-taking and professional writing skills
- Proven ability to work as a team member within multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
06. Position:- Community Facilitator
Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng
Requirements
- Matric or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- Previous experience working within a Gender Based Violence Programmes – preferred.
- Group-based facilitation experience – preferred
- Good communication skills and fluent in English and one other South African Language (spoken in allocated district-JHB Alexandra)
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good Group Facilitation Skills
- Driver’s License – preferred
