01. Position:- Team Leader

Location : Western Cape

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate or post matric qualification – preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in leading direct implementation teams in a target driven programme (specific experience required in implementation planning, logistical support functions, monitoring, and evaluation)
  • Experience working in a Gender Based Violence Programmes or related field.
  • Knowledge about: HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health; HIV Testing Services; GBV programming; evidence-informed and rights-based programming for survivors of GBV, particularly for adolescent girls and young women.
  • Group-based facilitation experience.
  • Related work experience in the health and social development sectors, and preferably in the field of AGYW and/or survivors of sexual violence – preferred
  • A good working knowledge of HIV prevention, sexual reproductive health, Gender-Based Violence and related programme topics.

02. Position:- Clinical Mentor/ Clinical Associate

Location : Western Cape

Requirements

  • A Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in Public Health, HIV Management, SRH or Mental Health is a must.
  • Experience working in Primary or Community Healthcare facilities.
  • Experience in NIMART, PHC or Mental Health will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Clinical Forensic Medicine will be an added advantage.
  • Certification in HIV Management.
  • Sound technical knowledge of HIV prevention strategies and sexual and reproductive health.
  • Experience implementing retention interventions, and linkage to care interventions an advantage.
  • Experience working in a donor-funded organisation/NGO or project-based environment.
  • Qualification or experience in training, mentoring, project management and quality improvement methodologies an advantage.
  • Knowledge of clinical systems and data management.
  • Good computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Read, write, and speak in two official South African languages, of which one must be English.

03. Position:- Community Facilitator

Location : Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements

  • Matric or an equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
  • Previous experience working within a Gender Based Violence Programmes – preferred.
  • Group-based facilitation experience – preferred
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English and one other South African Language (spoken in allocated district-JHB Alexandra)
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Good Group Facilitation Skills
  • Driver’s License – preferred

04. Position:- Programme Administrator

Location : Century City, Cape Town

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent NQF qualification.
  • An Office/Business Administration Certificate or Diploma would be a strong recommendation.
  • Minimum of 3 years Administrative and / or PA experience.
  • Strong computer knowledge (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, E-mails, Internet).
  • Previous experience arranging flight bookings, finance admin, procurement and training logistics.
  • Be fully conversant in spoken and written English and be able to communicate at ease with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Experience working in NGO/NPO field will be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.

05. Position:- Evaluation Specialist

Location : Century City, Cape Town

Requirements

  • Post Graduate degree or equivalent in the Public Health or Social Sciences sector (Monitoring and Evaluation qualification preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ evaluation and research experience in public health or related field, preferably in HIV and AIDS.
  • Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative evaluation skills, including sample design, mixed method designs, and instrument development.
  • Proven expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis methodologies, implementation research approaches, data quality improvement, health management information systems, data visualization and reporting.
  • M&E experience in infection prevention and control, HIV/AIDS, TB, health systems strengthening, disease surveillance.
  • Familiarity with South Africa’s health management information system and other national M&E systems
  • Experience with bilateral and multilateral donor M&E requirements including experience in maintaining donor relationships and communicating with donors.

06. Position:- HR Generalist

Location : Century City, Cape Town

Requirements

  • Degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or related field although experience and prior learning will also be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ prior demonstrated HR experience.
  • 2 years of experience in labor relations and compliance.
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits program.
  • Sage 300 Payroll system experience.
  • Change management experience advantages.
  • Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS (SAGE 300) systems.
  • NGO working experience will be advantageous.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A valid driver’s license and own vehicle advantageous

07. Position:- Wellness Specialist

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health or related field.
  • 5 years’ experience as a wellness coordinator or counsellor or similar position.
  • Experience in developing and implementing wellness programmes and initiatives.
  • Counselling certification or experience is a must.
  • Coaching certification would be advantageous.

08. Position:- Financial Accountant

Location : Century City, Cape Town

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • Must have completed articles/accounting traineeship towards professional membership such as professional accountant (SAIPA/CIMA).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a management accountant in a project accounting environment.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems and tools, including excel and other financial management software.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, donor requirements, and regulatory framework applicable to non-profit organisations advantageous
  • Up to date knowledge of current trends and practices relating to finance
  • Accounting-from initial source document, through to financial reporting, knowledge of double entry bookkeeping is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to manage conflict and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (SAP and NetSuite would be advantageous).
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Macros, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Lookups, Dashboards
  • Valid drivers’ license, own reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel from time to time.
