Technical Advisor, Programs

Bachelor’s Degree plus eight (8) years of experience OR Master’s degree plus four (4) years of experience in a field related to Logistics/Supply Chain Management required; advanced degree preferred.
At least seven years of experience in pharmaceutical management and logistics and supply chain management, particularly at the national level.
Experience working in the health system of developing countries, supporting Ministries of Health, preferred.
Experience formulating and conducting capacity building, training, or on-the-job mentoring.
Familiarity with project management, especially with USAID-funded projects, preferred.
Experience in management of electronic patient record systems (EPR) and logistics management information systems (LMIS).
Proven ability to drive results in remote contexts.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
Ability to communicate effectively in a cross cultural environment with multiple stakeholders and partners.
Fluency in English and local language and excellent report-writing skills
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent IT skills.
Demonstrates leadership, versatility, and integrity.
