| HSEQ Manager | Appropriate HSEQ or related Tertiary Qualification (Degree or Diploma) or equivalent
· A minimum of 5 year experience in the HSEQ field or Petroleum Industry ( preferably at a supervisory or managerial level) · SAMTRAC and / or ISO Certifications (ISO 9001 / 14001 & 18001) · Certificates for Fire Fighting / First Aid / Incident Investigation / Risk Assessments will be added advantages · Good knowledge of relevant HSEQ legislations both local and international · Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English. · Good working knowledge of MS Office. · Strong report writing and analytical skills. · A valid Code 8 driver license is a must. |
| Depot Operator | · To monitor and report any unsafe conditions and acts to immediate supervisor.
· Comply with Depot safety procedures and work instructions as per TMNA and B2Gold SOP’s. Report of 1 near miss per month. · Inspection of bulk trucks prior to loading and / or decanting and issue safe passes and compliance to TMNA and B2gold SOP’s. · To conduct safety inspections and report any non-compliances resulting from these inspections. · Assist Depot Manager / Depot Supervisor with One Maestro and HSEQ requirements. |
| Financial Control & Admin Manager |
Ensure Company compliance to all financial legislations i.e tax etc.
• Manage and supervise credit compliances and meet credit targets (together with Account Receivable Manager) • Assist in preparation of board papers and on request attend board meetings. • Control of GR / lR on all transactions for TotalEnergies Marketing Namibia. • Advise and assist Namibia operation teams on stock movement / management / valuation and gains and losses analysis. • Interpret and understand the product purchases pricing mechanism. |
