Matric plus NQF level 7 /B Degree in Human Resource Management / Development. Coupled with 3-5 years’ experience at a middle managerial level in the field of Human Resource Development. Competencies: Knowledge of Public Service Human Resource Development policies, processes and prescripts, knowledge on advising on and implementation of Quality Management Systems for skills development, Knowledge on conducting skills development administration, coordinating skills development interventions, knowledge on compiling an organisations training and development plan, understanding of the SETA landscape and SETA grants requisition processes and, knowledge on the use of the Organising Framework for Occupations (OFO) in skills needs analysis and planning.
02. Position:– Director
Location: Gauteng

Requirements
Matric plus NQF level 7 qualification in Public Administration/ Politics/ Economic Policy/ Social Policy/ Public Policy and Governance/ Policy Studies or relevant qualification. Coupled with 5 years’ experience at a middle/senior managerial level in Policy and Research environment. Furthermore, the recommended candidate will be required to produce his/her SMS Pre-entry certificate as offered by the National School of Governance (NSG) prior to the appointment being made. Competencies: Demonstrate knowledge of policy analysis, formulation, and research, analytical and problem-solving,
03. Position:– Occupational Therapist Grade 1
Location: Gauteng

- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current registration at the HPCSA as independent practitioner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to interact with the OT and multidisciplinary team. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience required after registration with the HPCSA in the relevant profession. Valid drives licence
04. Position:– Physiotherapy Assistant Director
Location: Gauteng

Requirements
Grade 12/National senior certificate, Bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy, Current registration with Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Physiotherapist, A minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a qualified physiotherapist post OSD of which three (3) years must be in supervisory position. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Knowledge of Physiotherapy high quality diagnostic, assessment, and therapeutic procedures. Sound knowledge of the application of clinical Physiotherapy theory, practices and ethics.
05. Position:– Assistant Nursing Manager
Location: Gauteng

Requirements
- Basic R425 qualification (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse. SANC approved Qualification in Nursing Administration is essential. A minimum of 8 years appropriate / recognizable experience in nursing after registration as Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing. At least 3 years of the period referred to above must be appropriate / recognizable experience at management level. Computer literacy will be added advantage.
06. Position:– Medical Specialist grade 1-3

MMed or FCP qualification in Paediatric. Proof of registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). The candidate must be interested in working in Paediatric Pulmonology and Paediatric intensive care. The candidate must posses the following skills
07. Position:– Professional Nurse Specialty

- Grade 12. Basic qualification accredited with the South African Nursing Council in terms of Government notice 425, i.e. diploma/degree in Nursing as a Professional Nurse. A post basic qualification with the duration of at least one year accredited with the SANC in terms of Government notice no R212 in Primary Health Care Specialty. A minimum of 4 (Four) years appropriate/recognizable experience as a Professional Nurse after registration with the SANC in General Nursing. Strong leadership, good communication and sound interpersonal skills are necessary. Verified proof of experience.
08. Position:– Operational Manager Nursing
Location: Gauteng

Grade 12. Basic qualification accredited with the South African Nursing Council in terms of GovernmentNotice 425, or equivalent qualification, i.e. diploma/degree in Nursing as a Professional Nurse. Post basic Diploma in Operating Theatre Nursing Science qualification with the duration of atleast 1 year. A minimum of 9 years appropriate /recognizable experience in nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing. Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management will be an added advantage.
