Gardener	The suitable applicant will possess: • A valid Grade 10 qualification and knowledge of plants will be an added advantage. • 1 – 2 years’ applied experience. • Attention to detail. • Must be hardworking and punctual. • Good problem-solving skills. • Sober habits with a high regard for honesty and integrity. • Contactable references. • Namibian Citizenship. • Police Clearance certificate not older than 3 months.
1 X Delivery Driver	A valid Grade 10/12 (with at least 23 points) • 5 years applied driving experience. • Proficient in English and Afrikaans • Valid applicable Code CE Driver’s License with valid PDP • Police clearance certificate (not older than 3 months) – No criminal record • Must be proficient in delivering freight timeously and without any damages. • Attention to detail with problem-solving skills. • Customer focused, presentable and good communication skills. • Sober habits • Namibian Citizenship
1x Freight Controller	A valid Grade 10 certificate (with at least 23 points) • 1-2 years applied experience with a willingness to learn. • Computer literacy in Microsoft and Excel. • Proficient in English and Afrikaans • Willingness to work overtime and shifts. • Physically fit to be able to handle large and heavy freight. • Attention to detail, whilst be a reliable, accurate and dependable person. • Friendly disposition with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Able to accept and execute instructions. • Willingness to listen and learn. • Namibia Citizenship
Crane Operator	Operating the crane is the main responsibility. • Daily pre-operation inspection of crane. • Ensure daily that the crane is in a clean condition (crane structure, sheaves and boom head). • Ensure the crane is level when operating with upperworks. • Ensure the crane is right equipment for the job. • Pre-inspect the job and terrain together with the Rigger. • Conduct a risk assessment and analysis. • Conduct a route analysis.
