Manager: Financial Accounting	An Honours degree in Accounting/Finance (NQF level 8). Must be a registered Chartered Accountant – CA (NAM). Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking finance environment or similar of which 2 years should be in a supervisory or senior position. Excellent customer orientation or focus, Interpersonal relationships and inter cultural intelligence. Decisiveness, resilience and collaborative approach to working. Excellent organizational awareness and strategic perspective. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting ability. Excellent organizing and setting objectives, management and control, delegating and motivating others
Business Process Analyst	Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Banking (NQF level 7, from an NQA recognized tertiary institution). Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
