01. Position:– Candidate Electronic Design Engineer
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronic engineering;
- An Honours or Master’s degree in the relevant field will be advantageous;
- Experience in the following will be advantageous:
- Debugging hardware;
- Firmware and embedded software development;
- High-speed digital and mixed signal hardware design;
02. Position:– Research Group Leader
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Application Deadline: 05 July 2024
Requirements
- A Doctorate in architecture, urban design, town and regional planning or similar appropriate field with least five years’ experience in the field of research in housing and human settlement development, related to, for instance, the planning, design and management of cities, towns, and neighbourhoods.
- At least five years’ experience in the field of in project management and research leadership.
- Recognition as a specialist in the field of human settlements.
- A sound understanding of South African policies, strategies and processes related to housing and human settlement development.
- Knowledge of local government processes related to human settlement development would be an advantage.
- Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to provide thought leadership.
03. Position:– Impact Area Manager
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements
- A Doctoral degree in science or engineering field with at least eight years’ experience in strategic leadership and/or business management at a senior level with experience in the following areas:
- Transport Infrastructure Engineering industry experience;
- Business development showing growth of income;
04. Position:– Mechanical Engineer
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or related fields with at least five years’ experience in mechanical engineering design and draughting;
- The following experience/exposure will be advantageous:
- Maritime engineering development;
- Boat design;
- Project management;
- Assembly and fitment of in-house designed components for prototyping and testing;
- Finite Element Analysis/Computational Fluid Dynamics;
- A broad understanding of other engineering disciplines e.g. electronics, systems engineering, software;
- Proficient in the use of parametric 3D CAD software (e.g. Inventor) and 2D CAD;
- Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel;
05. Position:– Project Administrator
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements
- A National Diploma in Project Management; with at least two years’ experience in project or programme management administration and co-ordination;
- Certified as an associate in Project Management (CAPM or equivalent) will be advantageous;
- Excellent Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good interpersonal and numerical skills;
- Quality orientated and pays attention to detail.
