Five (5) years post article experience with exposure in management accounting. Experience of managing or leading a Finance Department or Division (or a demonstrable aptitude for this work) will be an added advantage. Highly proficient in using Microsoft productivity tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & SharePoint). Knowledge of financial management and reporting requirements in the mining industry will be an added advantage. Strong financial background with good organizational and coordination skills. Familiarity with Namibian VAT and Income Tax rules and requirements. Code B Driver’s License Must have a valid code of conduct not older than 3 months (Police Clearance)
