- A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology;
- Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Clinical Psychologist for at least three years;
- Professional practice experience as a Clinical Psychologist, preferably in the field of Child Psychopathology;
- Ability to lecture Child Psychopathology at the postgraduate level;
- Evidence of research productivity (e.g. conference presentations; publications in peer-reviewed journals or equivalent; significant progress in PhD studies).
03. Position:– Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer (Psychology)
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology;
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Counselling Psychologist for at least three years;
- Professional practice experience as a Counselling Psychologist, preferably in the field of Community Psychology;
- Ability to lecture on topics in community psychology and to implement community psychology projects at the postgraduate level;
- Evidence of research productivity (e.g. conference presentations; publications in peer-reviewed journals or equivalent; significant progress in PhD studies).
04. Position:– Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Requirements
- A qualified actuary with the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA) (or members of other Actuarial Societies e.g., FFA, FIA, FIAA who are prepared to obtain a FASSA) with at least five years’ experience in the banking or insurance industries, or other financial risk specialisations;
- A relevant postgraduate degree or to be registered for postgraduate study during the first year of employment at UP;
- Academic experience in actuarial teaching or research supervision.
