02. Position:– Senior Clerk Traffic: Administration

Grade 12. -Relevant Traffic Back Office Qualifications will be an added advantage. – Computer literacy Certificate. – Valid Driver’s License. – Computer literacy (MS Word, excel and PowerPoint). – Cashier functions experience. – Knowledge of Traffic Contravention System. – Customer care skills. – Be able to work under pressure and working within the applicable time frames. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written) – Skills and Competencies associated with vocation: adaptability, communication, assertiveness/leadership skills, conflict and stress management, negotiation skills, problem solving skills, office/diary management skills, strong administrative skills, writing and typing skills, attention to detail. – 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in traffic administration within a local authority or similar pressurized environment.
03. Position:– Call Centre Agent
Location: Gauteng

Requirements
Grade 12. – Call Centre Support/Contact Centre and/or Business Process Support. National Certificate (NQF Level 3) will be an added advantage. – Fully Bi-Lingual (Afrikaans/English, and one local language viz. IsiZulu or Sesotho will be an added advantage. – Computer Literate. Excellent communication, telephone etiquette and customer service skills. – Passionate, motivated, and friendly individual. – Attention to detail, office management and excellent administration skills. – Knowledge of the Midvaal Local Municipality and municipal area will be a strong recommendation. – 2-years relevant experience in call centre/customer service or similar pressurised environment dealing with complaints and inquiries, will be an added advantage. – Candidates that apply should note that the post is a shift position
