Requirements

Matric/N3, an appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification in Accounting/Financial administration or equivalent field with at least 6 years relevant working experience in the preparation of the annual financial statements in terms of GRAP of which 4 years must be in a position with supervisory responsibility; working knowledge of the PFMA, Treasury Regulations and good corporate governance practices are expected. Experience in the SAP accounting system together with good governance and computer skills will be a good recommendation

Requirements

1. Must be an SA citizen.
2. Must be a registered voter.
3. In the last five years must not have held political office or been a candidate in an election or have been politically active for a political party or campaigning for a political party.
4. In the last five years must not have been elected to office in an organisation that has party political affiliations or aims.
5. As far as possible, must have some training or professional/administrative experience. (Consideration will be given to the youth and unemployed under this provision.)

04. Position:– Assistant Manager:labour Relations

Location: Eastern Cape

Requirements

Matric/N3 plus a relevant Bachelors’ Degree or three-year National Diploma, with 6 years working experience in labour relations of which 4 years must be in a position with relevant supervisory responsibility. An additional qualification in labour relations will be a strong recommendation; Proven/evident successful experience in administration within the public or private sector labour relations environment; Competent knowledge and understanding of relevant labour relations policies and legislation; Competent knowledge of performance management system; Basic knowledge of team leadership; Basic knowledge of supply chain management legislation and regulations; Good governance skills; Competent knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations Act and relevant workplace legislative framework; Operational knowledge of field-specific activities; Excellent office and general administration skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Good organizing skills; Good computer literacy; People management and interpersonal skills; Good report writing skills;  willingness to travel extensively and a valid driver’s license is compulsory.
