Requirements
• A relevant Doctorate level degree (D Tech/D Eng./PhD/NQF 10 or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• Registration as a Candidate Engineering Technologist/Engineer supported by proof that an application
for Pr Tech Eng./Pr Eng. registration with ECSA was submitted and is currently under review.
OR
• A relevant Master’s degree (M Tech/M Eng./NQF 9 or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
• Registration as a Pr Tech Eng./Pr Eng. with ECSA
02. Position:– Dean (P4)
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Application Deadline: 25 October 2024
Requirements
PhD or equivalent qualification in a field relating to the disciplinary areas of the faculty
• Should have obtained at least the rank of associate professor
• A substantial track record of academic achievement and excellence in a disciplinary area of
the faculty.
• Evidence of strong academic leadership in teaching, research and engagement.
• Evidence at least five (5) years’ leadership and management experience at middle and/or
senior management level in higher education
03. Position:– Senior Talent Management Specialist (P7)
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Application Deadline: 25 October 2024
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Five years’ experience in an HR environment with background/knowledge in Talent
Management/or OD/ or performance management.
• Registration as a psychometrist or industrial psychologist with the Health Professions
Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
04. Position:– Deputy Director
Location: Welkom, Free State
Application Deadline: 25 October 2024
Requirements
A BCom with Supply Chain Management/ Procurement/ B.Accounting or
equivalent.
• Five (5) years of related experience in Procurement/ Finance/ Supply Chain
Management of which 2 years should be on management level.
• Experience in accounts management, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly
financial reporting, and audit compliance
