Requirements

• A first degree or diploma in data analysis.
• A minimum of five years’ of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Three years’ operational experience in data systems.
• Two years’ experience working on monitoring, evaluation and reporting in PEPFAR funded projects.
• Two years’ experience in HIV and Aids or public health field.
• Two years’ experience in data verification / quality assurance.
• Two to three years’ experience implementing data intensive programs and designing monitoring and evaluation tools.
• Computer literacy – advanced level in MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word.
• Experience with working with donor agencies like USAID is an advantage.
• Technical, professional knowledge and expertise.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence with minimum two years’ driving experience and able to drive.
• Knowledge of data management, report writing and data collection.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Leadership skills – self driven and motivated personality.
• Demonstrated ability to train others on monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
• Fluency in English.

02. Position:- Coach / ARV Treatment Supporter

Location : Chris Hani, Eastern Cape

Requirements

• Grade 10 (Matric or higher educational qualification would be advantageous).
• Comfortable with disclosing HIV status
• If you are living with HIV, you must have long-term HIV treatment success
• Must reside in Chris Hani and in close proximity to the clinic noted above
• Ability to manage data, paperwork requirements and use an Online app
• Ability to recruit, support and mentor at least 50 people living with HIV per month
• Ability to problem solve and escalate challenges where necessary to Team Leader
• Ability to market and promote the HIV Care and Treatment programme
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Flexible and helpful attitude is required at all times
• Ability to network and navigate communities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
