Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm Degree) or equivalent qualification accredited by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) that allows registration with the SAPC as a Pharmacist. Registration with the SAPC as Pharmacist and current registration for 2025. (RSA: No experience required after registration as Pharmacist with the SAPC
An appropriate qualification that allows registration with the HPSCA as Clinical Technologist. Current registration with HPCSA for 2025/2026 as a Clinical Technologist in cardiology. A minimum of three (03) years’ after registration with HPCSA of which five (05) years’ must be appropriate experience in management/Chief clinical Technologist. Candidate must be competent in all cardiac procedures and relevant experience in department operational system. Candidate must have good knowledge about how other sections of clinical Technology operates as an AD Clinical Technologist management skill is required. Knowledge and experience of supply chain processes, finance management and Human Resource operational systems. Good interpersonal skill, strategic planning and has leadership skill. Must demonstrate honesty, integrity, ability to work independently to achieve goals of the institution [CHBAH]. Candidate must have good computer skill, time management skill, excellent report / motivation writing skill and has a good understanding and use of conflict resolution strategy.
Current Registration with HPCSA as an independent practitioner and current registration for 2025/2026. A minimum of three (03) years’ after registration with HPCSA of which five (05) years’ must be appropriate experience in management/Chief Physiotherapist. Knowledge requirements: Must have knowledge of current health and public service legislation, regulations, and policies. Knowledge in the application of clinical Physiotherapy theory, practices, and ethics. Competency requirements: Communication skills, report writing skills, decision-making skills, planning & organizational skills, expert clinical Physiotherapy skills, research skills, analytical skills, computer literacy &, presentation skills, human resource & financial management skills as well as network and liaison skills. A relevant post-graduate qualification will be an added advantage
Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Dietitian. Registration as a Dietitian Independent Practitioner, and current HPCSA registration for 2025/2026. A minimum of three (03) years’ experience after the completion of community service. Knowledge requirements: Must have knowledge of current health and public service legislation, regulations, and policies. Knowledge in the application of Clinical Dietetics theory, practices and ethics. Competency requirements: Communication skills, report writing skills, decision making skills, computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.), planning and organizational skills, networking and liaison skills, expert Dietetic clinical skills, research skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, human resource management skills and financial management skills. The ability to work under pressure and cope with a high-volume workload, that might sometimes require working more than the core hours (stand-by duty after hours/public holidays).
Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as Diagnostic Radiographer in Radiography. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Diagnostic Radiographer after registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Current registration with HPCSA for 2025/2026. Experience in Digital Radiography and hands-on experience on Radiology Specialities in a Tertiary Institution will be an added advantage: Knowledge of relevant public service regulations, legislation, policies, acts and procedures. Computer literacy (Ms Word, Ms. Excel). Compliance with budgeting, Radiographic Quality Assurance, National Core Standards, Health and Safety and Infection Control principles. Good written and communication skills. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Must have a good understanding of public hospital operational systems. Demonstrates effective interpersonal skill, strategic planning organizational skills, leadership qualities and supervisory skills.
Grade 12 certificate, a recognised 3-year Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in Financial Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of proven relevant experience in the field of financial management with emphasis on financial reporting. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; Creativity – Pro-active, Innovative thinker, and must be able to work under pressure. Project management skills and being in possession of a valid driver’s licence will be added advantages. KNOWLEDGE – Computer Literacy with emphasis on MS Office, and in particular, MS Excel Data Analytics, BAS, and PERSAL. SKILLS – Accounting and Financial management, High numerical skills.
Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Dental Specialist in Prosthodontics. Registration with the HPCSA as a Dental Specialist in Prosthodontics. A minimum of three years’ appropriate experience as a Prosthodontic Specialist after registration with the HPCSA or similarly recognised statutory registration authority, with preference given to those with more years of clinical experience that includes academic management and postgraduate dental education and research supervision. Must have appropriate clinical skills with special focus on Maxillofacial Prosthodontics; Implantology; contemporary Prosthodontics, amongst others. Appropriate experience in supervision and training of staff and students at both under and postgraduate levels. Previous experience utilising educational and simulation technology is expected. Must have qualifications in educational and/or curriculum studies. Proven ability to conduct and supervise research activities. Published research record, with a minimum of four publications in peer reviewed accredited journals. Good communication as well as analytical and problem solving skills. Interventional management skills. Ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement. Positive and supportive attitude towards embracing diversity.
Appropriate qualifications that allows registration with the HPCSA as Dentist and an appropriate Master’s degree in a field applicable to Endodontics or Paedodontics, Restorative Dentistry and Dental Materials. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dentist after registration with the HPCSA with a proven track record of research in the Dental field and academic experience in teaching and training of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Publications will be an added advantage.
Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the HPCSA as a Dentist. Minimum of 1/7 years appropriate experience as a Dentist after registration with the HPCSA as a Dentist, with interest in Ortho. Experience in working in rural institutions e.g. Clinics, Community Health Centres or District hospitals.
