Be well-versed in administration and accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. Must be able to control budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Good interpersonal, communication, and people management skills. Excellent time management and operational skills. Detail-orientated and able to implement procedures. Office Administrator	Grade 12 or Diploma / Certification in Office Administration or relevant >3 years in Office Administration or other Clerical position Valid Code 8 Drivers License Experience in Filing and Data Management, Minute Taking and Logistics Management An understanding of the departmental needs is a must Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
ICT Sales Administrator	Grade 12/Diploma /Certification in Office Administration or Relevant >5 years experience in tendering or relevant work experience. Valid Code 8 Drivers License Experience of working previously within similar sectors/organizations Understanding of contract terminology, competitive bids, purchase orders, and vendor relationship management Computer literate, in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, emails, etc. Good understanding of the Tender / Project Management Process Experience in Filing & Data Management Experience in Logistics Management Experience in Tender Application Administration ICT Technical knowledge will be an advantage
ICT Sales Executive	Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Commerce or Relevant Vendor Sales Certification 5 years of experience in a similar role >3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Strategies Valid Code 8 Drivers License Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Knowledge of contract terminology, competitive bids, purchase orders, and vendor relationship management Knowledge of Public Procurement Act Contracting and Tendering principles Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus Experience with ICT vendors like HP, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, etc. will be advantageous.
